National Council Accommodation at Larch Hill International Scout and Guide Centre
Larch Hill International Scout and Guide Centre will be providing accommodation options for the weekend of National Council 2015 (18th April 2015).
The Bed and Breakfast cost per night for accommodation in either the Main House or the Centenary Lodge will be €20 per head per night.
Breakfast will be a cooked breakfast served in the main house at 7am on Saturday and 9am on Sunday morning.
In addition coach transfers will be available the cost for coach transfer pass for on Saturday 18th April 2014 will be €15 per head.
The Coach transfers included will be;
- Saturday morning to the RDS departing Larch Hill at 8am
- Saturday evening return to Larch Hill for an opportunity to shower and change departing RDS at 5pm
- Saturday evening return to Hilton Double Tree Hotel for the Gala Dinner departing Larch Hill at 7pm
- Saturday evening departing Hilton Double Tree Hotel at 30am to return to Larch Hill
Option Summary
Option 1 – Friday and Saturday B&B = €40 pp
Option 2 – Friday and Saturday B&B and Coach Transfers = €55 pp
Option 3 – Saturday B&B = €20 pp
Option 4 – Saturday B&B and Coach Transfers = €35 pp
To book any of the above options please email larchhill@scouts.ie and please quote National Council and which option you wish to avail of in your email. Accommodation will be available on a first come first served basis and the deadline for bookings is Friday 3rd April 2015.
Please note Larch Hill International Scout and Guide Centre will require a contact name and number for an adult scouter (scouter in charge)to accompany any booking for a Youth Member under 18 years of age. The nominated scouter in charge will be contacted in the event of an emergency.
